King Street Metro Parking District

This is a polygon layer shows the boundaries that contain a planning area in the City of Alexandria that is names King Street Metro Planning Area.  Planning and Zoning staff, as well as other agencies in the city government use this layer to identify the appropriate location of any developments within this planning area.  This geographic area layer assists planning and zoning staff in approving applications and is managing compliance with all the conditions that are imposed on the businesses and developments within the K.S. Metro Planning District.    <span> This designated area King Street Metro Planning Area has specific boundaries that includes all the parcels that are to be considered when a developer requests a new subdivision or a re-subdivision of existing parcels. Certain restriction are attached to any existing and future developments.</span>
