西南高山峡谷区生物多样性生态环境综合数据库

西南高山峡谷区是世界上生物多样性热点区域之一,建立生物-气候-地理数据库是研究该区域生物多样性的分布格局和形成原因的前提。在项目组提供的本区域7千余种植物分布信息的基础上,结合气候数据(来源于NCEP Reanalysis Products,https://psl.noaa.gov/data/gridded/data.ncep.reanalysis.surface.html, 1950-2020年平均值),建立西南高山峡谷区生物多样性生态环境综合数据库。生物数据包括动植物科属种名称、采集地经纬度信息等,地理数据包含海拔和坡度,气候数据包括降雨量和气温在内的24个指标。本数据库对研究该区域生物多样性分布规律、现状、形成机制和保育网络规划等提供支撑。
The Southwestern Alpine Gorge Region is one of the world's biodiversity hotspots. Establishing a bio-climatic-geographical database is a prerequisite for studying the distribution patterns and formative mechanisms of biodiversity in this region. Based on the distribution information of over 7,000 plant species in this region provided by the research team, combined with climate data sourced from NCEP Reanalysis Products (https://psl.noaa.gov/data/gridded/data.ncep.reanalysis.surface.html, 1950–2020 averages), we have established a comprehensive biodiversity and ecological environment database for the Southwestern Alpine Gorge Region. The biological data includes family, genus and species names of fauna and flora, as well as longitude and latitude coordinates of collection sites. The geographical data covers elevation and slope, while the climate data includes 24 indicators such as precipitation and air temperature. This database provides support for research on the distribution laws, current status, formation mechanisms and conservation network planning of biodiversity in this region.
