In this study, a novel robust, anti-icing, self-cleaning superhydrophobic coating was prepared via a simple, environmentally, friendly and efficient strategy which bond nanoparticles SiO2 to the polyurethane surface under UV-curing. The superhydrophobic coating with WCA of 165o and SA of 2o, good antifouling properties, self-cleaning properties, excellent mechanical stability (750 sandpaper tests) and anti-icing properties. The simple spray method and the green UV-curing technology make the superhydrophobic coatings have broad application space.

本研究中,通过一种简便、环保且高效的策略,将纳米二氧化硅与聚氨酯表面在紫外线固化下结合,制备了一种新型耐候、防冰、自清洁的超疏水涂层。该涂层具有165度的水接触角(WCA)和2度的滑度角(SA),优异的防污性能、自洁性能、卓越的机械稳定性(750号砂纸测试)及防冰性能。简化的喷涂方法和绿色紫外线固化技术使得超疏水涂层具有广泛的应用前景。
