Exploring proteomic signatures in sepsis and non-infectious systemic inflammatory response syndrome
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains fully anonymized clinical, laboratory, and proteomic data from an observational, prospective, single-center study comparing patients with sepsis and non-infectious systemic inflammatory response syndrome (NI-SIRS). A total of 275 patients were included (139 with sepsis and 136 with NI-SIRS). Patient recruitment and sample collection were conducted between April 2016 and January 2018. The dataset includes demographic, clinical, laboratory, and proteomic variables and is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the results reported in the associated scientific publication. This dataset is released under the CC0 1.0 Public Domain Dedication. Users are kindly requested to cite the dataset and the associated publication when reusing the data.
