Fungi community diversity

This study was conducted focusing on the sloping land of the Yizhe small watershed site in Kunming City, Central Yunnan Province, where contour reverse-slope terraces have been deployed. Based on in-situ monitoring and high-throughput sequencing techniques, we studied the composition and structural characteristics of soil bacteria and fungi in the rhizosphere of corn during different growth periods. Revealing the effects of artificial microtopographic land preparation on sloping farmland - contour reverse-slope terrace on the composition and structure of rhizosphere soil microbial communities of crops, and with a view to providing a scientific basis for integrated management of crop cultivation and soil erosion on sloping farmland.
