North West Transport Links East: environmental impact statement: working paper: landscape and visual impact

This report of existing conditions and assessment of visual impact, covers the transport links study area to the east of Pennant Hills Road. A similar report has been prepared by Bruce Mackenzie & Associates between Old Windsor Road, Baulkham Hillls and Pennant Hills Road. The issues to be considered and the objectives which guide the two reports are common to the overall study purpose and where appropriate, the material content of the reports will be the same.
