Compendium of information on the location of marine phanerogam surfaces on the Andalusian coast

Compendium of different sources of information for the complete location and as accurate as possible of the meadows and areas occupied by different species of marine phanerogams on the Andalusian coast. In addition to data captured by the POSIMED network (CAGPyDS and AMAyA), other data from the AGAPA and the competent Ministry (MTERD) are used. The annual updates are based on systematic monitoring of grasslands carried out by the AMAyA Biodiversity-Marine Environment team. The information corresponds to the years 2014, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. The data have polygonal topology, including a layer with point topology coincident with the centroids of polygons less than 0.1 ha., which should facilitate cartographic representation at provincial/regional level.
