Data from: Small impact of mussel farming on CO2, CH4 and N2O emissions in a fjord

This dataset presents detailed measurements of greenhouse gas dynamics for two Mytilus edulis mussel farms in Koljöfjord on the West coast of Sweden. Data was collected in three campaigns in September and October of 2023 and February of 2024. The file contains information on sediment-water fluxes of DIC, CH4, N2O, Nox-, NH4+, PO43- and O2; water column information on salinity, temperature, depth, dissolved O2, fluorescence and the concentrations of DIC, CH4, N2O, Nox-, NH4+ and PO43- at 2-, 5- and 10-meter; the calculated sea-air fluxes based on surface CO₂ concentrations from contiguous underway measurement and surface CH4 and N2O concentrations from discrete water samples analysed by gas chromatography; the net effect/differences between farm and control greenhouse gas emissions and the estimated emission intensity.
