Tobacco RNA Dependent RNA Polymerase 1 affects the expression of defence related genes in Nicotiana benthamiana during geminivirus infection

RNA dependent RNA Polymerase 1 of Nicotiana tabacum modulates ToLCV pathogenesis by influencing a number of defence related genes in N. benthamiana plants. Overall design: To understand the reduced susceptibility of NtRDR1 N. benthamiana plants during ToLCV infection, NGS of sRNAs was carried out from wild-type N. benthamiana (Mock) wild-type N. benthamiana-ToLCV infected, NtRDR1 N. benthamiana (Mock), NtRDR1 N. benthamiana-ToLCV infected plants. All samples were in triplicates.
