Reference Data

Reference data used to edit sample information. Files include; identifiers_lookup_post_new.csv - gene identifiers and the associated antibiotic or antibiotic class they are expected to confer resistance to. antibioitic_classes.csv - key describing antibiotics and antibiotic class. urine_lookup_post.csv - key matching sample diagnosis descriptions with whether the label indicates a positive UTI diagnosis.
