Western blot.zipWestern Blot Validation Data Supporting Seven Hub Genes in NAFLD

This dataset includes Western blot image files and corresponding quantification data used to validate differential expression of seven fibroblast-associated hub genes identified in our NAFLD study. Genes assessed include <strong>CCL2</strong>, <strong>CRYAB</strong>, <strong>HSBP1</strong>, <strong>IFIT3</strong>, <strong>PSMB10</strong>, <strong>RBX1</strong>, and <strong>SPARC</strong>. The blots were derived from both in vivo (mouse liver tissue) and in vitro (fibroblast cell line) models comparing normal and NAFLD conditions. This data supports the findings presented in the manuscript titled <em>"Single cell RNA sequencing analysis and molecular biology experiments identify NAFLD-related fibroblasts and highlights seven hub genes in NAFLD.</em>
