Human bone marrow organoids were differentiated from the commercially available human iPSC line (SCTi003-A) for single-cell RNA sequencing analysis. Overall design: Human iPSCs were differentiated into human bone marrow organoids within a 3D hydrogel system for up to 16 days. Ten bone marrow organoids were harvested, digested into a single-cell suspension using collagenase, and then loaded onto the 10X Genomics Chromium platform for single-cell library construction.
