Mikrocensus 1987, 3. quarter: Working Time

This survey continues the Mikrozensus surveys on labour market- and job questions and mainly follows the survey on special forms of working hour arrangements from June 1978 (Mikrozensus MZ7802). This special program adds information on fixed or flexible Working Time, volume of labour, reduction in Working Time, longest break, piece and task work as features of labour organisation and payment and on the net incomes.本调查接续劳动力市场与就业议题微观普查（Mikrozensus）系列调研，主要沿袭1978年6月发布的特殊工时安排专项调查（Mikrozensus MZ7802）的设计框架。本次专项调研新增了固定与弹性工作时长、劳动量、工时缩减、最长休息时长、计件与任务式工作等劳动组织与薪酬模式特征，以及净收入相关的调研信息。
