To better understan the role of Senp1 in regulating CD8+ T cells activation, we performed a transcriptional analysis (RNA-seq) to compare gene expression patterns between wild type and Senp1-deficient naïve CD8+ T cells or activated by anti-CD3/CD28. Overall design: Senp1 WT/CKO naïve CD8+ T cells were isolated and stimulated with anti-CD3 (5 µg/ml) and anti-CD28 (1 µg/ml) for 48 h or not for RNA extraction.
