资源简介:

The results of these tests are part of the macro project BIOPROSPECTING OF OOMYCOTA AND FUNGI AS BIOCONTROLLERS OFAedes aegypti. IN THREE ENDEMIC AREAS AND EVALUATION OF PROTOCOLS FORTHEIR MASS PRODUCTION IN LIQUID FERMENTATION BY AGGITATED TANK. This project was funded by MINCIENCIAS (Ministerio de Ciencia Tecnologia e Innovación) / Colombia, research call 844 code 111584467306, contract 730-2020. Co-financiers: Universidad de Antioquia ( Antioquia/Colombia), Universidad Libre (Colombia/Pereira) Ae. aegypti eggs were provided by a breeding colony maintained at the Medical Entomology Laboratory of the University of Antioquia. To obtain the larvae, at the developmental stage appropriate for the tests, the eggs were introduced into containers with 700 mL of sterile distilled water (SDT), and were incubated at room temperature (25°C -28°C). The larvae were fed with previously sterilized fish food until they reached the L2/L3 stage. The in vitro bioassays were carried out with fungi from Uraba (Colombia) on L2 and L3 stages of Ae. aegypti, which were evaluated at 24, 48 and 72 hours. The tests were carried out in plastic cups containing the fungi at a concentration of 1x10exp7. The variable to be evaluated was the % of mobile larvae, as a proxy for mortality. In this dataset, it is shown in a preliminary way that the best strain corresponded to Trichoderma AP42, with an average total mortality of 90% and its action began 24 hours after the application of the fungus under laboratory conditions.
