Overview This feature service provides American Community Survey housing inventory and vacancy indicators for multiple geographic boundary layers across the United States. It combines standard Census geography with housing occupancy and vacancy measures, supporting regional comparison of housing conditions. Feature Layers State — State boundaries with geographic identifiers, land and water area, and housing indicators such as total housing units, occupied and vacant units, owner-occupied and renter-occupied units, and calculated vacancy measures. County — County boundaries with the same housing inventory and vacancy statistics, along with state association for each county. Tract — Census tract boundaries with detailed housing unit counts and vacancy status measures for local-scale analysis. Geographic Coverage The service covers the United States and its states, counties, and census tracts. The extent indicates nationwide coverage in a Web Mercator spatial reference.
