This file contains the raw phenotypic data, with one value per individual tree, for vegetation indices computed in the orchard on the apple tree core-collection and issued from airborne multispectral imaging. The first column is the variety identifier “MUNQ”. It also contains the following columns: -Date: the date of measurements – X: X position (rank) of the tree in the orchard – Y: Y position (within the rank) of the tree in the orchard – Scenario: watering scenario of the tree (WW for well-watered, WD for water deficit) – Flight: drone flight number within each day of measurements (3 consecutive flights were necessary to cover the whole orchard) – NDVI, GNDVI, MCARI2: multispectral-based vegetation indices values. Multispectral-based index values (NDVI, GNDVI, and MCARI2) were extracted for each pixel within the buffer zone. Mean of pixels values was calculated inside a 0.70m radius zone (buffer zone) delineated around tree centers, considering all the pixels.
