资源简介:
This study investigated the application of an intermittently aerated sequencing batch reactor (IASBR) to the biorremediation of synthetic dairy processing wastewater. Aeration rates conditions were varied in the bioreactor to determine the impacts on IASBR microbial community structure and orthophosphate (PO4-P) and ammonium (NH4-N) removal efficiencies. Bacterial communities of the IASBR were described through 16S rRNA metagenomic analyses by high-throughput pyrosequencing procedure (454 pyrosequencing, Roche) using V5-V9 primers. Sequencing data were analysed by using Quantitative Insights Into Microbial Ecology (QIIME) pipeline.
