Biological processes underpinning spontaneous regression in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Homo sapiens

Spontaneous disease regression is a recognized clinical entity occurring in approximately 1% of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), yet biological understanding of this rare but important clinical phenomenon is lacking. This project aims to determine the natural history and biological processes underpinning spontaneous CLL regression by integrating immunophenotypic, functional, transcriptomic and genomic data from across sequential timepoints in a cohort of patients with spontaneous CLL regression.
