Dominican Republic (2005): TRaC Survey on HIV/AIDS Prevention in the Dominican Republic among Commercial Sex Workers.

The purpose of this study was to generate actionable evidence for behavior change communication decision-making for the Social Marketing Project for HIV/AIDS Prevention in the Dominican Republic, presented in terms of the PSI Dashboard. The Dashboard is a set of standardized tables for segmentation, monitoring, and evaluation of populations and monitoring of service delivery from which strategic, project and marketing planning decisions can be made. A national tracking survey was conducted by Horwath Consulting among commercial sex workers (CSW), using the approach of Project TRaC (Tracking Results Continuously). TRaC surveys are designed using project logical frameworks to produce and update the dashboard in a timely and efficient manner.
