Whole-genome bisulfite sequencing of Dnmt1/3a/3b triple knockout (TKO) embryonic stem cells with or without expression of exogenous Dnmt1 before and after cell differentiation. Overall design: Whole-genome bisulfite sequencing of TKO embryonic stem cells with or without expression of exogenous (full-length or its 602-aa N-terminal deletion mutant) Dnmt1 before and after cell differentiation. Cells were collected on day 0, 4, and 7 days after induction of differentiation, and served for whole-genome bisulfite sequencing.
