To determine the effect of CsAGL6 on gene expression and metabolic profile changes in citrus, the genetic transformation of CsAGL6 was performed in citrus RM callus tissue.Total RNA was extracted from two RM(Red marsh) transgenic callus lines overexpressing CsAGL6 (CsAGL6-OX) and RM WT callus .the gene transcription changes revealed by RNA-seq analysis.
