We identified TRDV gene-containing TCR alpha chains in dominating clonotypes of a human T cell culture and in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in a murine tumor model.Usually, the variable parts of TCR alpha chains are generated by recombination of downstream TRAJ genes with upstream TRAV, or TRAVDV, genes.
