Kosakonia cowanii strain:Pa82 Genome sequencing and assembly

A Kosakonia cowanii strain, named Pa82, isolated from diseased plants of patchouli(Pogostemon cablin) for the first time, was identified as one of pathogens of patchouli bacterial wilt. The complete genome sequence of Kosakonia cowanii Pa82 will contribute to our understanding of the pathogen and help reveal the pathogenetic mechanisms of patchouli bacterial wilt caused by the strain Pa82.
