Whole Leaf Stomata Mapping

We used a high-resolution optical scanner (4800 dpi) to map the full stomatal distribution at the leaf scale. Details of the methodology are described in our publication (in preparation). This dataset includes the original scanned images and manually marked stomata and is available for use in scientific research.
