Corpus Freeze — Brazilian Open Health Data Portals (Reproducibility 2.0)

This deposit contains the frozen corpus used in a scoping review of Brazilian federal open health data portals. The corpus was generated programmatically from the Brazilian federal open data catalog (dados.gov.br) and locked prior to any LLM-assisted screening step, ensuring full reproducibility of the portal identification and dataset inventory pipeline. All files represent a snapshot of the data as it existed at extraction time. No manual curation was applied after extraction, except for the documented C1 exclusions listed in portal_candidates.csv.
