To elucidate the molecular mechanisms of KNTC1 functions in cervical cancer, HeLa cells were transfected with KNTC1 siRNA and subjected to human gene expression microarray assays. The mRNA levels of 58,351 genes were examined in cells transfected with siKNTC1 or negative control. Among them, 3428 DEGs were identified with 833 upregulated genes and 2595 downregulated genes after silencing KNTC1 gene expression. HeLa cells were transfected with KNTC1 siRNA or negative control for 48h, and then detected by a human gene expression microarray
