Soil microbial resources limitation database in sloping farmland in central Yunnan Province, China
收藏资源简介:
We collected soil samples from the Songhuaba experimental plot in Panlong District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. We conducted a long–term field experiment to monitor variations in soil C, N, and P concentrations, key soil enzyme functions, and microbial biomass indicators (MBC, MBN, and MBP) under contour reverse slope terraces (CRT) practices versus control plots (CK) in sloping farmland. Enzyme stoichiometry and biomass ratios were calculated to assess shifts in nutrient dynamics, and microbial nutrient limitations were quantified using enzymatic vector modeling. Through this research, we aim to understand the alleviating effect and mechanism of CRT measures on the soil resource limitation of sloping farmland. Therefore, we obtained these data.
