Meiotic Recombination and Genome Reassembly in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii

The following sequences include two parent samples of C. reinhardtii sequenced at high depth and 502 offspring samples sequenced at low depth from which locations of candidate recombination were deduced and used to help reassemble the v5 reference genome. We also have included four additional sequence files of mate pair reads from which we extracted discordant reads to help support the changes made to the genome.
