UAV survey multispectral and RGB geospatial datasets plus "ground truth" GeoPackage

This is a dataset (multispectral GREEN, RED, red edge, NIR, and RGB red, green, and blue band GeoTIFFs and ground_truth.gpkg) complementary to the method article: Gailite, V., et al. "Semi-Automated Method for Mapping and Classifying Boreal Coastal Wetland Plant Communities using Drone and Ground Data." J. Vis. Exp. (232), e70523, doi:10.3791/70523 (2026). The article describes a four-phase protocol: drone aerial survey, ground-truth data collection, vegetation index computation, and AI-assisted classification and mapping of coastal wetland plant communities. GEOTIFFs were created following the first phase, and the ground-truth GeoPackage in the second phase. Using this dataset enables readers to replicate the last two phases of the protocol described in the article. The dataset is for educational and teaching purposes.
