This a gut microbiome OTU database of 40 colorectal cancer patients from a randomized controlled trial in China. Patients received Traditional Chinese Medicine Quxie capsule or placebo treatments for one month. Stool samples were collected before and after treatments and were analyzed by 16srRNA method.
