Transcriptomic Analysis of Citrus By-Products

This study focuses on the metabolomic analysis of citrus peel byproducts, employing high-throughput transcriptome sequencing technology to systematically examine the dynamic changes in gene expression within the peel. By elucidating the regulatory networks of citrus peel byproducts at the molecular level, the research not only enhances the understanding of these byproducts but also provides critical theoretical foundations and gene targets for improving peel quality through genetic engineering or molecular breeding approaches, thereby enabling the high-value utilization of byproducts.
