Research resource for interpreting germline variants in the succinate dehydrogenase genes. It also contains a checksum locked set of predictions frozen on 2026-09-25 for testing against future ClinVar releases. Code to reproduce all analyses is included. README.md describes every file and column, the methods, and the licensing of third-party scores. Research use only; not for clinical variant classification. Prospective predictions frozen 2026-09-25.
