This project contains metagenomic sequencing data of intestinal microbiota from mice subjected to lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation and subsequent treatment with Tetrastigma hemsleyanum (TH), a traditional Chinese medicinal plant. The study aims to evaluate the effects of TH on the composition and functional potential of the gut microbiome, with particular focus on antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs). Samples include control, LPS-treated, TH-treated, and antibiotic-treated groups, allowing for comparative analysis of microbial community shifts and ARG dynamics under inflammatory conditions and phytochemical intervention.
