Metagenomic sequencing of intestinal microbiota and antibiotic resistance genes in a mouse model of LPS-induced inflammation treated with Tetrastigma hemsleyanum (PRJCA041535)
收藏资源简介:
This project contains metagenomic sequencing data of intestinal microbiota from mice subjected to lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation and subsequent treatment with Tetrastigma hemsleyanum (TH), a traditional Chinese medicinal plant. The study aims to evaluate the effects of TH on the composition and functional potential of the gut microbiome, with particular focus on antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs). Samples include control, LPS-treated, TH-treated, and antibiotic-treated groups, allowing for comparative analysis of microbial community shifts and ARG dynamics under inflammatory conditions and phytochemical intervention. The data provide insights into alternative strategies for mitigating antibiotic resistance and improving gut health.
