Microbiota associated with spiders species from the genus Pardosa (Arachnida, Araneae)

The goal of the original study is to characterize the composition of the bacterial microbiota colonizing specimens of several Pardosa species (Arachnida, Araneae) from Finland and the Azorres. Specimens were collected across several populations, DNA was extracted from abdomens, and the bacterial gene 16S rRNA was amplified and sequenced on illumina platform (short reads).
