The aryl hydrocarbon receptor regulates lipid mediator production in alveolar macrophages [I]

To investigate the function of the AhR in lipid mediator production in macrophages we differentiated BMDMs from AhR-KO and wildtype mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of macrophages with and without LPS-stimulation. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNAseq data for AhR-KO macrophages and wildtype macrophages.
