Transcriptome

The aim of this study is to upload high-quality transcriptome sequencing data under specific biological processes to the NCBI public database to construct and share genome-wide expression profiles under defined conditions. As the crucial link connecting genetic information to biological phenotypes, the transcriptome comprehensively reflects the dynamic expression and regulatory networks of genes across specific spatiotemporal contexts, which is essential for elucidating disease mechanisms, identifying key biomarkers, and discovering drug targets.
