Notebook belonging to Edmund Blunden containing notes on 11th Royal Sussex's duties upon arrival to the Ypres sector. Details field and trench works to be carried out by the battalion, as well as instructions, communications, sketch maps and patrol reports. This page contains an inscription of 'E. Blunden' in faded red pencil. A note in pencil '[end of 1916]' has been added at a later date.
