LIQUID ABSORPTION PAPER， COATING MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIQUID ABSORPTION PAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid absorption paper having excellent oil absorption property and water absorption property， a coating material which can be used in manufacturing of such a liquid absorption paper， and a manufacturing method of such a liquid absorption paper. SOLUTION: The liquid absorption paper is a liquid absorption paper which is equipped with a paper substrate and a fine cellulose fiber layer laminated on at least one surface side of the paper substrate and including a fine cellulose fiber having an average fiber width of 10 nm or over and 1，000 nm or under. The manufacturing method of a liquid absorption paper is a manufacturing method of a liquid absorption paper involving a step of coating or impregnating a coating material including a fine cellulose fiber having an average fiber width of 10 nm or over and 1，000 nm or under on or into at least one surface side a paper substrate.
