An in vivo validation dataset for dynamic 3D MRI

In vivo validation dataset for the abstract "Time-resolved 4D imaging and strain mapping validated with a publicly available in vivo dataset", as presented at the ISMRM Workshop on Data Sampling and Image Reconstruction in Sedona, January 2026. For each volunteer, the following files are provided: dynamic1.mrd, ..., dynamic5.mrd: Undersampled k-space data for the five dynamic scans: dynamic1.mrd: Six consecutive repetitions of the pressure cycle at 35-second intervals dynamic2.mrd: A single pressure cycle with a 20 seconds sustained pressure at the maximum deformation dynamic3.mrd: A single pressure cycle with an isometric knee flexion dynamic4.mrd: A single pressure cycle with rotated pressure cuff dynamic5.mrd: A single pressure cycle with rotated pressure cuff and an isometric knee flexion validation.mrd: Fully sampled k-space data for each of the nine pressure levels anatomy.mrd: High-resolution fully sampled anatomical reference scan The Matlab script example_recon.m shows how the k-space data can be loaded and reconstructed into an image.
