Landscape and Local Drivers of Mangrove Community Structure and Root Plasticity in Grenada

We examined environmental drivers of mangrove species dominance and white mangrove root plasticity across basin and fringe forests in Grenada. Landscape and local-scale models revealed distinct patterns in species zonation and aerial root expression related to elevation, soil chemistry, and porewater conditions. This repository contains both raw data (from full vegetation surveys, rapid surveys, and species importance values) and model results (including AIC, BIC, convergence status, and model weights for landscape, local, and species dominance analyses).
