Transcriptomic profiling and unsupervised clustering of cMyc+ GC-B cells identify the four subpopulations representing positive-selection stages. Overall design: Splenic cMyc+ GC-B cells from cMyc-GFP reporter mice ten days after immunization with NP-CGG were isolated by flow cytometry and characterized by high-throughput sequencing at single-cell level.
