Transcriptomes of Methanocaldococcus jannaschii and Methanothermococcus okinawensis in simulated hydrothermal environments

Provided are transcriptomic datasets from 25 and 80 C experiments with M. jannaschii in different experimental settings: MMC medium, iron-sulfide chemical gardens and sterile water. Also Provided are transcriptomic datasets from 80 C experiments with M. okinawensis in different experimental settings: MMC medium (at pH 6.5, 9.0, 10.0 and 11.0) and SERP (Simulated Enceladus Rock Powder). The SERP is a simulated hydrothermal Enceladus environment at pH 9.0, 10.0 and 11.0.
