折射率传感器的主要性能指标包括灵敏度和品质因子,本设计采用亚波长光栅波导结构增加待测液体和传感器的交互从而提升灵敏度,同时采用频谱裁剪原理大幅提升了传感器的品质因子。数据产生方法为计算模拟,记录了传感器峰值波长在不同折射率下的位置,分析可得其灵敏度和品质因子。数据总量8.6MB。
The main performance metrics of refractive index sensors include sensitivity and quality factor. This design adopts a subwavelength grating waveguide structure to enhance the interaction between the liquid under test and the sensor, thereby improving sensitivity. Meanwhile, the spectral clipping principle is employed to substantially boost the quality factor of the sensor. The dataset was generated via computational simulation, recording the peak wavelength positions of the sensor across various refractive indices, from which its sensitivity and quality factor can be derived. The total size of the dataset is 8.6 MB.
