Single-cell RNA sequencing of fibroblasts from mouse colon cancer

This project aimed to clarify the profiling of fibroblasts in AOM/DSS colon cancer mouse model. Tumors were isolated from wildtype, control, and Wnt5a conditional knockout mice, and enzymatically digested. Cell suspension was FACS (fluorescence-activated cell sorting)-sorted for live CD45(-)CD326(-)CD31(-)Pdpn(+) cells and subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing analysis.
