Effect of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) treatment on hyperoxia-treated A549 lung adenocarcinoma cells

To investigate the effects of ATRA on hyperoxia-induced inflammatory responses in A549 lung adenocarcinoma cells, we exposed A549 cells (both ATRA- and control-treated) to hyperoxia. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained by RNA-seq. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for A549 cells pre-treated with ATRA and exposed to hyperoxia.
