Processed spatial datasets for the reproducibility of 3ECO framework

This dataset contains the processed spatial data required to fully reproduce the 3ECO framework as detailed in the manuscript Spatial optimization of multi-layered vegetation for amplified urban cooling spillovers. The repository provides high-resolution aligned raster grids at a 30 m spatial resolution covering the historical high-density core of Nanjing, China. The dataset integrates multiple remote sensing sources, including land surface temperature derived from Landsat 8 and 9, impervious surface classifications from Sentinel-2, and multi-layered vegetation morphological metrics extracted from open-source canopy height models. These structural metrics explicitly differentiate trees, shrubs, and grasses, capturing their localized volumetric coverage and spatial patch attributes.
