Myrothecium sp. GS58 Genome sequencing and assembly

This project involves whole-genome sequencing and de novo assembly of a Myrothecium sp. isolate obtained from leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera in China to provide a genomic resource for studies of its biology, ecology, and potential interactions with the host plant.
