IDF curves and Climate Change Factor (CCF) for Costa del Sol (Rain gauge 6155A)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the Intensity–Duration–Frequency (IDF) curves developed for the Málaga Airport rain gauge (AEMET station 6155A), together with climate change factors for future rainfall intensity. The dataset includes the following sheets: Max distributions: Maximum precipitation values for different rainfall durations, fitted to three statistical distributions. The Log-Pearson III distribution was selected as the best fit, but fits to Gumbel and SQRT-ET max are also shown. IDF_General EQ: The general IDF equation and the corresponding rainfall intensities for different durations and return periods for this observatory. CCF_XXXX-XXXX: Climate Change Factors (CCFs) for each future time horizon, representing the projected change in rainfall intensity relative to the historical IDF curves. Three levels are provided: P10, P50 (median) and P90, representing the lower, median and upper estimates of projected changes and allowing part of the uncertainty associated with climate projections to be considered. The dataset can support urban drainage design, pluvial flood modelling, flood-risk assessment and climate adaptation planning.
